Aura Material Ltd. (AuraMat.) is a startup company owning many invention patents that exhibits: (1) material design, synthesis, and manufacturing; (2) performance evaluation and analysis of products; and (3) equipment design and engineering. To meet the gas processing inquiries from different fields, AuraMat not only develops high-efficiency processing systems and purifier series but also co-operated with an engineering company and end-user to provide a customized solution.

AuraMat.® Gas Dryer
Not limited to air dehumidification, AuraMat.® Gas Dryer can be further applied in specific gases drying, like H2, CH4, Ne, Ar, He,…etc, with different operating pressure (7~14 psig or over 10 bar). The Dew point of product gas can be achieved from -60 oC to -100 oC (H2O < 0.1 ppmv).

Decarbonation system
AuraMat.® CO2 capture and concentrated system provide two processing steps to effectively harvesting CO2 from the air (450 ppm), biogas (15~25%), or flue gas/converter gas (12-15%). After the first step concentration, captured CO2 can be concentrated to > 90%. Industrial grade, food-grade, or electrical grade CO2 are available by the second step purification.

VOCs treatment equipment
Special designed AuraMat.® VOC exhaust treatment equipment exactly realized the ideal combination between material development and ability in system design. The optimized equipment solves the tough problems of waste reduction and quantity management by not only customizing an effective adsorption system for exhaust gases but also being well-connected to the existing facilities.

The Chronology of Aura
2004 | Adsorbent hollow fiber (AHF) was invented and originally developed by Dr. Chin Chi Tai. |
2007 | A spinout company, Nano-porous Solutions Ltd, was established in the UK. |
2011 | Dept. of Porous Material and Technology was established in ITRI (Taiwan) to deeply innovate AHF in different fields. |
2017 | Aura Material Ltd spun off from ITRI on June 1st and the Dept. of Porous Material and Technology in ITRI is officially closed at the same time. |
2018 | Admitted being Relocated to Hsinchu Science Park. Production lines were set up. Developing customized dryer and VOCs processing model system. |
2020 | AuraMat.® Gas Dryer series and Purifier series are launched. These products supply not only domestic but also international demand. |
2021 | Being in the global supply chains of decarbonization and hydrogen energy. |
