AuraMat.® Purifier not only can be used as a gas trapper but also can adsorb water or impurities from the solvent. The purity and quality of the gas or solvent can be improved to achieve the needs of different industries. Some cases are presented as follows:
★ Drying of IPA or Acetone:
(1) H2O content is decreased from 500 ppm to <10 ppm
(2) H2O content is decreased from 20 ppm to <1 ppm
★ Drying of PGMEA: H2O content is decreased from 200~300 ppm to <10 ppm
★ Other impurities content can be achieved ppb level from < 5ppm. (Customized.)
