AuraMat.® Solvent gas concentrated System processes the high concentration VOC gases with PVSA/VSA technology that enhances the safety during operation. Utilizing the advantages of AHF in quick adsorption and easy desorption, the adsorbed VOCs can be well-desorbed by VSA operation. The processed gas with high cleanliness can be exhausted directly.

The reason you should choose AuraMat.®

VOCs concentration is different at peak and off-peak periods throughout the whole manufacturing procedure in the production line. If activated carbon pellet (AC) were used to process the waste gases, it often causes two main problems:

  • The poor working capacity causes huge volumes of AC towers, which took up lots of space;
  • The concentration ratio can not be well-controlled in the desorption process, which would raise the running cost at the following treatment.
